Product Description
1.The material of the die head of the single layer film blowing machine is all made of 40Cr alloy steel.
2.Through forging and heat treatment, the hardness of the material is improved and its internal stress is eliminated, so as to ensure that the structure and size of the mold remain stable for a long time and do not deform during use;
3.the fan adopts a zero-degree fan. Cancel the wind cap of the fan; use a set of enlarged bellows base; the bellows use high temperature resistant bellows; the maximum output of the 55 extruder of the high-speed film blowing machine can exceed 100kg/h.
